The Quality Authority conducts two types of verification, namely:
On-site: this is the verification that takes place at the provider‟s premises, and is sometimes called external moderation
Off-site: this is the verification that takes place at the ETDP SETA offices, under special conditions as stipulated by the ETDP SETA.
This is a desk-top exercise and focuses on compliance.
